THE EPSTEIN FILES / COMPLETE SNAPSHOT INVENTORY
The blackout
index.
Every reported blackout. Every redaction-labeled entry.
Page by page, with the source records attached.
Complete for these source exports, not the entire DOJ collection. All 2,190 inspection records are retained, including 115 records on pages without a matching text-change page. Unreviewed names, private identifiers and raw narratives are withheld; the metadata remains searchable.

What “all entries” covers
The index includes all 205,958 text-change records and all 2,190 visual-inspection records from this pinned research snapshot. A page can have multiple entries or duplicate inspections. Open a page to see individual entry classifications, source status, character counts and data-row references. The text-redaction view contains 37,030 units; content-removal labels are a separate inventory because they do not necessarily indicate a visible black bar.
“Full-page blackout” and “body blackout” are the source model’s labels. A label may refer to the main body rather than every pixel of a sheet. A content-removal label can also reflect OCR loss. None establishes what was hidden or why.
